Senior & Junior Camps 2023 in July
An Action-packed, Fun Filled Week!
This year we will host our camps in July with additional dates to be added depending on availability and scheduling. Our Camps are split into Junior (8-10yrs) and Senior (11-13yrs) and will run on multiple days. Kids can be dropped off and picked up daily.
Summer Camps
July 3rd to 5th for Seniors
July 6th and 7th for Juniors

Our seasonal activity camps during Midterms, Easter and Summer have become so popular it is now a key part of what we do.
Safety
Safety is Paramount. All participants will be under strict supervision of our experienced instructors and will be appropriately fitted with safety equipment required for each activity. All activities are tailored to be age specific, while offer a level of challenge that is appropriate to the age categories.
Senior Camps
Our senior camps will run in the morning time from 10am to 2.30pm and cater principally for children aged 11-13. The kids will enjoy lots of the activities we have to offer at Derg Isle. Take a kayak out on the canal, our try stand up paddle boarding. Sometimes children can be a little fearful for the water. There is no reason to be, our instructors can take children in a double kayak or canoe to ensure nobody misses out on the thrill of the water.
Junior Camps
Our Junior camps will run in the afternoon from 10am to 2.30pm and cater for younger children aged 8-10. The kids will enjoy a mix of land and water based activities tailored to their ages and abilities. Our water based activities for this group typically involves a boat trip along the canal, out on to Lough Derg or along the Scariff River to Reddan’s Quay at Tuamgraney.

Summer Fun
Our Seasonal Camps cover midterms, school and summer holidays. Our Easter and Summer camps are our most popular and offer children a chance to try out our amazing line up of activities in a Safe and Fun Ireland. At Christmas, we have have Santa cycling along our amazing SkyBike to deliver some presents for the wonderful children. At Halloween, come to see the lights and decorations and have some spooky tours along the enchanted waterway.
